Check the date of the system everytime you start to work !
We do file-backup by using a software named "Magnet".
Our "Magnet" is Japanese version. So, on the English/Arabic system, every message appears as a sequence of meaningless symbols. We must operate blindly.
Please do not change the place of the folder "guidebook" which is now placed on the desktop. If you change it, you must change the setting of "Magnet". It would be difficult to do this blindly.
File-buckup is made by comparing the dates of files.
So the management of the date of the system is of the most importance for file-backup.

As you have already noticed, we can not make file-backup by using "Magnet" in the case of the following :
The file A1 in "yousef" and the file A2 in "amal" are corresponding.
And here Yousef is rewriting A1 and Amal A2 at the same time.
