In education, the first priority about the contents is full-containedness. Indeed, if the content is not full, it is practically nothing.
Thus, a practical design work is a process of compromise : compromise about design completion, and compromise about workload.
As for the workload, we are to reckon performance-cost ratio, or quantity-quality balance.
Thus, it may be said that we aim at a sufficiency infimum.
